Athletic Therapists are health care professionals who specialize in athletic and active daily living individuals by assessing, preventing, and rehabilitating sports, work, and everyday acute/chronic injuries. These injuries range from acute head trauma (concussions), fractures and post-operative surgeries to chronic nerve or tendonitis symptoms. This is accomplished with sport/work specific exercise prescription, manual and therapeutic modalities, and taping/bracing to return athletes and general public to active daily living activities and sport safely and efficiently.
