Riley Mayville

Chiropractor

Credentials:

  • D.C. , B.H.K

History:

Born and raised in LaSalle, Ontario, Dr. Riley Mayville has always believed that movement is medicine. Growing up playing competitive softball and hockey sparked her passion for understanding the human body, leading her to earn an Honours Bachelor of Human Kinetics from the University of Windsor and a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Logan University.

During her clinical training, Riley cared for patients in community health centres, disability support organizations, and multidisciplinary chiropractic clinics. These experiences allowed her to work with individuals of all ages and abilities, from those managing chronic conditions to recovering from injury or simply looking to move and feel better.

What drew Riley to chiropractic was its holistic philosophy of looking beyond symptoms to understand why pain or dysfunction developed in the first place. She believes lasting results come from addressing the underlying cause whenever possible while combining hands-on care with rehabilitation, movement, education, and lifestyle strategies that support long-term health.

Riley strives to practice what she teaches. She enjoys strength training, running, pilates, yoga, and walking her dog, and understands firsthand the importance of injury prevention, recovery, and maintaining a body that allows you to do the things you love. Whether your goal is returning to sport, keeping up with your children, or moving through everyday life without pain, she is passionate about helping you achieve it.

Riley is trained in a variety of chiropractic techniques, including Diversified Manual Adjusting, Thompson Drop Technique, Cox Flexion-Distraction, Activator Methods, and Logan Basic Technique. She is in the process of completing her certification in acupuncture and dry needling, allowing her to enhance her skill set to tailor treatment plans to each patient’s unique needs, preferences, and goals.
