Credentials:

• Bachelor of Human Kinetics from the University of Windsor​
  

History:
I completed my Human Kinetics degree at the university of Windsor. After successfully completing 3 co-op placements while in University, I knew I wanted to be part of the physiotherapy world. I did personal training from 2007-2011 at two separate gyms, then made my way to Active Body in the fall of 2011. I have completed my level 1 kinsiotaping certification and i am a certified ImPact concussion test administrator. 

Cassandra Penner

History:

Cassandra has developed a strong passion for helping others and improving people’s day. She believes in creating a positive atmosphere everywhere she goes. Over the years, she has perfected her customer service skills and strives to put a smile on clients’ faces while ensuring their health and well-being remain the top priority.

Jersy Taffinder-Heinbuch

History:

Jersy joined Active Body in 2024 she is a Dedicated Front Desk Associate with a strong background in customer service, office administration, and communication. Known for creating a welcoming atmosphere and having a bubbly personality! Always ensuring a seamless front office experience for guests and staff alike.

Natalina Vitarelli

History:

Natalina graduated from the University of Windsor in 2025 with a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology and Health Studies. As a Rehabilitation Assistant she intends to apply her knowledge and experience to help all clients reach their goals through exercise! 

CASEY WONSCH

Credentials: 

• Occupational Therapy Assistant/Physiotherapy Assistant Diploma from St. Clair College

History: 
I was born and raised in Lakeshore and graduated as an Occupational Therapy Assistant and a Physiotherapy Assistant from St. Clair College. Being active throughout my life, through competitive soccer, track and field as well as general fitness, I took an interest in the health care field. I first graduated with a Fitness and Health Promotion Diploma from Fanshawe College. While in this program, I took an Athletic Injuries course which introduced me to the rehabilitation of injuries and led me to continue on with my education. During the OTA/PTA program, I was able to gain experience in a variety of settings including privately owned clinics. Throughout these experiences, I was able to work with a variety of clients to help rehabilitate their injuries. I am always learning from the Physiotherapists here at Active Body, and will continue to learn and grow throughout my career.
